In the fall of 2015, three friends formed a partnership and opened Table at 10. Our vision was to use locally sourced products to provide high quality fresh ingredients at a reasonable price point.
In 2018, an opportunity came up and the partners decided to draw from their Italian heritage and open a European-style Italian restaurant. Stella Osteria will bring classic Italian dishes with a modern day culinary excitement. Stella has a swanky vibe to capture everyone’s hearts.
Stella’s Osteria is more than just a restaurant; Stella’s is a feeling, an atmosphere, an adventure. At Stella’s, we want you to enjoy the old-school, Italian classics, but with our own modern twist. Come enjoy appetizers in our lounge or have a cocktail and conversation at the bar. The menu changes seasonally with different specials every night. Each meal is specially crafted and created with the freshest ingredients.

Located in downtown North Attleboro, we are in close proximity to the Wrentham Outlets and Plainridge Casino. Finish off your visit to either of those places with a great meal and atmosphere you can’t get anywhere else.
The Partners
Troy Moran grew up in Boston and now works as a superior court officer. He is married to his high school sweetheart Heidi, and has two daughters Antonia and Carlina. In 2001, after years in the real estate business, Troy and his business associate, Paul Markis, purchased and rehabbed the current Studios Building in North Attleboro to develop it into a thriving residential and commercial space. Troy makes good things happen at the restaurant and pays attention to front of the house quality customer service and employee relations.
Paula Catalano-Eddy never knew that growing up in Boston with her Sicilian parents would have such an impact on her love for food, wine, and friendships. Paula learned about flavors from her mother, Angie, who has such a high respect for fresh ingredients and tradition that she continues to make every meal an experience and stay true to her heritage. At Stella, Paula will showcase some of those classic recipes. As she learned from her mother– it’s not just about how the food tastes, it’s about how you feel when you are eating it! Now living in Attleboro with her husband Mark, she continues to be a traditional Italian woman whose passion is still food, wine, and friendships.
Paul Markis grew up in Boston and has a BS Political Science and Management degree from Salem State. He has held various professional positions including teaching, public relations, political and real estate management. Paul brings 35 years of bar experience to Stella having worked throughout the North Shore and Boston. His great understanding of mixology helps him to develop a sophisticated and fun drink menu.
The Chefs
With over 40 years of combined cooking experience, Luis Velasquez and Santos Vilorio are heading up the kitchen to put together an exquisite cuisine. They bring classical Italian dishes into the present with a culinary precision that is sure to excite the palate.
